Pet Damage Palm bay, Margate - February 2022

Here we have the perfect example of a carpet repair, this on im particular measuring around 250mm by 200mm. Steve saw our recent post on Facebook that we were now qualified to repair pet damage. Steve was straight on the phone to get booked in after his sausage dog "Had a chew". It was quite a tough repair, the underlay had disappeared, the pattern was distorted and it was slap bang in the heaviest foot traffic area of the home. We had a lot of blending to do, as the donor piece was a complete different colour, and the stripes on the existing part had been crushed, making them wider than the new piece. After some work, we managed to get this particular patch looking "almost" invisible, give it some time and it will blend in completely. considering how it looked beforehand the customer thought we smashed this one out of the park!

Small damage - Folkestone February 2022

Another repair slap bang in the middle of a room! This repair was located in Folkststone, Kent and measured 50mm by 60mm. Sue called us after being fed up of seeing this hole in the middle of a fairly new carpet. She didnt want to have to remove everything from the room, and the price of the repair was only 10% of the cost to replace the carpet. This repair was truly invisible with both the customer and I being unable to locate the patch afterwards. All of our repairs are guaranteed, and insurance backed.

Vacuum damage - Kingsdown - Ashford January 2022

Sometimes you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. This customer always kept on top of their cleaning regime, vacuumed daily, had the carpets cleaned regularly, up until their vacuum cleaner pulled on a snagged loop from their carpet. Loop pile carpets have a single thread that runs a continuous length of the carpet. so if you pull on that loop it will keep on pulling until you get to the end of that row (The wall). Luckily Lucie managed to turn off the vacuum before any major damage was done and snip off the damaged piece in the machine. Our Professional carpet repair, followed by a deep clean had this looking almost new, and better yet meant that Lucie kept her security deposit on her rented home.
